Mit einer rigorosen Kombination aus intermittierendem Fasten, einer strengen 600-Kalorien-Diät und Flüssig-Tagen gelang es ihm, innerhalb kurzer Zeit 24 Kilogramm abzunehmen.
Unterstützt durch intensives Krafttraining formte er seinen Körper zu einer muskulösen Statur. Legat betont, dass die Motivation und Unterstützung seiner Frau eine entscheidende Rolle für seinen Erfolg gespielt haben. Seine beeindruckenden Ergebnisse sind ein Beweis, was man mit Disziplin und Durchhaltevermögen erreichen kann.
