Angelina Heger erreichte durch die Shows “Der Bachelor” und “Ich bin ein Star – Holt mich hier raus!” ein breites Reality-TV-Publikum. Es ist deutlich sichtbar, dass sie in den letzten Jahren eine beachtliche Transformation durchgemacht hat. Vor ihrem Auftritt im Dschungelcamp nahm sie durch ein intensives Fitnessprogramm bereits 20 Kilogramm ab. Während der Show führte die körperliche Belastung jedoch dazu, dass sie weiter an Gewicht verlor, was schließlich gesundheitliche Bedenken auslöste.
Heger entschied sich deshalb, die Show freiwillig zu verlassen, um ihre Gesundheit nicht weiter zu gefährden. Heute setzt sie auf einen ausgewogenen Lebensstil und nutzt ihre Reichweite in den sozialen Medien, um über Fitness, Selbstliebe und mentale Gesundheit zu sprechen.
