Chethrin Schulze
Reality-TV-Star Chethrin Schulze stellte ihre Lebensgewohnheiten stark um und konnte dadurch insgesamt 20 Kilo abnehmen. Nach ihrer Teilnahme an “Curvy Supermodel”, wo sie das Publikum mit ihren Kurven begeisterte, entschied sie, ihre Gesundheit in den Fokus zu rücken. Auslöser war eine persönliche Lebensphase, in der sie bemerkte, wie ungesund ihr Lebensstil eigentlich war.
Schulze verzichtete konsequent auf Zucker und Milchprodukte, trank ausschließlich Wasser und begann regelmäßig ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen. Drei Workouts pro Woche reichten aus, um ihre Ausdauer und Kraft zu steigern. Heute fühlt sie sich nicht nur körperlich fitter, sondern auch mental gestärkt und inspiriert mit ihrem Wandel viele Fans und ihre Follower in den sozialen Medien.
