Van Almsick nutzt ihre sportliche Disziplin, um wieder in Form zu kommen, was es ihr sicherlich einfacher gemacht haben dürfte. Ihre Geschichte zeigt, dass es nie zu spät ist, gesunde Gewohnheiten wieder aufzugreifen und für das eigene Wohlbefinden zu arbeiten, um jung und fit zu bleiben.
