Axel Stein
Axel Stein wurde schon in jungen Jahren als pummeliger “Tommie” in der Comedy-Serie “Hausmeister Krause” bekannt. Irgendwann wollte er sich aber von diesem Rollenschema verabschieden und hat eine der beeindruckendsten körperlichen Transformationen der deutschen Unterhaltungsbranche hingelegt. Der Schauspieler galt als übergewichtiger Spaßmacher, bis er beeindruckende 50 Kilogramm abnahm und dieses Gewicht seit Jahren erfolgreich hält.
Durch regelmäßiges Fußballspielen, Laufen, Schwimmen und Radfahren entwickelte Stein eine Leidenschaft für Bewegung. Gleichzeitig stellte er seine Ernährung um und verzichtete auf ungesunde Gewohnheiten wie Currywurst. Heute zeigt sich Axel Stein nicht nur schlanker, sondern auch wesentlich fitter und selbstbewusster. Seine Verwandlung ist ein Vorbild für eine nachhaltige und gesunde Lebensweise.
