Dana Schweiger
Dana Schweiger ist nicht nur die Ex-Frau von Til Schweiger, sondern selbst ein ehemaliges Model und war später in “Deutschland sucht den Superstar Kids” zu sehen. Sie hat sich plötzlich körperlich stark verändert. Im Sommer 2020 nahm sie, ohne selbst starkes Übergewicht zu haben, 14 Kilogramm ab. Mit einer bewussten Ernährung, bei der sie nur das aß, was ihr Körper tatsächlich brauchte, sowie täglichen Spaziergängen von 30 bis 40 Minuten, schaffte sie es, ihr Gewicht nachhaltig zu reduzieren.
Dazu trank sie viel Wasser, um ihren Stoffwechsel zu unterstützen. Ihre schlankere Silhouette gab ihr auch eine jugendliche Ausstrahlung, mit der sie auf dem roten Teppich bewundernde Blicke auf sich zog.
