Manuela Reimann
Manuela Reimann ist schon seit vielen Jahren ein Reality-TV-Star und regelmäßig in Serien wie “Die Reimanns” zu sehen. Nach dem Umzug auf die tropische Insel O’ahu, Hawaii, begann sie, ihre Ernährung grundlegend zu ändern. Sie setzte auf biologische Lebensmittel, baute eigenes Obst und Gemüse an und hielt Hühner, um frische Bio-Eier zu erhalten.
Diese natürlichen, unverarbeiteten Nahrungsmittel kurbelten ihren Stoffwechsel an und halfen ihr, in kurzer Zeit 15 Kilogramm abzunehmen. Ihre Kleidergröße schrumpfte von 40 auf 32. Das Inselleben und ein bewusster Lebensstil tragen dazu bei, dass Manuela heute nicht nur gesünder, sondern auch glücklicher wirkt.
