Matthias Killing
Viele kennen Matthias Killing als Moderator aus dem “Sat.1-Frühstücksfernsehen”. Auch wenn er immer vor der Kamera eine gute Figur gemacht hat, hat er in den letzten Jahren einen bemerkenswerten Wandel durchgemacht. Er beschloss neben seinen beruflichen Aktivitäten gezielt auf seine Fitness zu achten. Da er morgens um 3.30 Uhr aufstehen muss, um zur Arbeit zu kommen, integrierte er eine disziplinierte Trainingsroutine in seinen Alltag.
Dabei ließ er sich von seiner Rolle als Moderator bei “The Biggest Loser” inspirieren und setzte sich das Ziel, seine körperliche Fitness zu verbessern und Muskeln aufzubauen. Heute präsentiert Killing stolz eine athletische Figur, die er mit Krafttraining und einer bewussten Ernährung erreichte.
