Bettina Schliephake-Burchardt ist eine talentierte Konditormeisterin, die einem breiten Publikum als Jurorin in der Show “Das große Backen” bekannt wurde. Sie hat es geschafft, stolze 30 Kilo abzunehmen. Trotz ihres Berufs, der sie täglich von köstlichen Versuchungen umgibt, entschied sie sich 2016 für eine bewusste Veränderung. Die gesunde Ernährung, bei der sie Portionen kontrollierte und auf nährstoffreiche Lebensmittel setzte, kombinierte sie mit intensivem Training.
Ihre Disziplin zahlte sich relativ schnell aus: Bettina sieht heute nicht nur schlanker, sondern auch energiegeladener und jünger aus, was man vor der Kamera deutlich sehen kann. Sie zeigt, dass selbst in einem Beruf voller Süßigkeiten eine gesunde Balance gefunden werden kann.
