Der beliebte Moderator von “Let’s Dance” Daniel Hartwich hat schon vor seiner erfolgreichen Karriere eine bemerkenswerte Transformation durchgemacht. Als Teenager brachte er mit 140 Kilogramm starkes Übergewicht auf die Waage. Das führte dazu, dass er über die Jahre hinweg immer wieder mit starken Gewichtsschwankungen zu kämpfen hatte, bis er schließlich entschied, seine Gesundheit in den Fokus zu rücken.
Durch eine disziplinierte Diät und regelmäßige Bewegung gelang es ihm, im Laufe der Zeit über 50 Kilogramm abzunehmen. Heute hält er ein gesundes Gewicht von 85 Kilogramm und hat Laufen zu einem festen Bestandteil seines Alltags gemacht. Damit zeigt er, dass man auch bei einer schweren genetischen Veranlagung etwas nachhaltig verändern kann.
