Tetje Mierendorf
Tetje Mierendorf ist als Schwergewicht bekannt und arbeitet erfolgreich als Komiker und Schauspieler. Er hat eine wirklich beeindruckende Transformation durchgemacht. Nachdem er im Jahr 2005 mit 180 Kilogramm an Diabetes erkrankt war, warnte sein Arzt vor lebensbedrohlichen Risiken. Dennoch nahm er den Kampf gegen sein Übergewicht erst dann ernst, als im selben Jahr seine Tochter geboren wurde. Der plötzliche Tod eines Kollegen verstärkte seinen Wunsch, für seine Familie gesund zu bleiben.
Statt einer Operation entschied er sich für eine radikale Ernährungsumstellung und mehr Bewegung. Innerhalb eines Jahres verlor er 42 Kilogramm, und in den darauf folgenden Jahren nahm er weitere Kilos ab. Heute ist er stolze 70 Kilogramm leichter.
