Die beliebte Moderatorin Birgit Schrowange hat kurz vor ihrem 60. Geburtstag mit einer beeindruckenden Veränderung auf sich aufmerksam gemacht. Obwohl sie stets schlank war, störte sie etwas an ihrem Spiegelbild und sie entschied sich deshalb für einen gemäßigten Lebensstil. Mit einer bewussteren Ernährung, regelmäßiger Bewegung und weniger Naschen gelang es ihr, in nur vier Monaten neun Kilogramm abzunehmen.
Dreimal wöchentlich trainierte sie im Fitnessstudio, trank viel Wasser und achtete auf ihre Schrittanzahl. Auch ihre Entscheidung, weniger zu rauchen, trug zu ihrem Erfolg bei. Schrowange zeigt, dass eine gesunde Lebensweise in jedem Alter positive Veränderungen bewirken kann und man damit nicht nur abnehmen, sondern auch die eigene Selbstzufriedenheit steigern kann.
