Alfons Schuhbeck
Der bekannte Sternekoch Alfons Schuhbeck überraschte viele mit seiner beachtlichen Gewichtsabnahme, da niemand erwartet hätte, dass er mit über 70 noch einmal radikal abnehmen würde. Er reduzierte sein Gewicht von 120 auf 95 Kilogramm und bewies damit, dass es auch im Alter möglich ist, fit und gesund zu werden. Schuhbeck änderte seine Essgewohnheiten grundlegend, indem er auf Weißmehl verzichtete, Zucker drastisch reduzierte und mehr Gemüse in seinen Speiseplan integrierte.
Bewegung spielte ebenfalls eine zentrale Rolle. Der Starkoch baute tägliche Spaziergänge in seinen Alltag ein und setzte auf gezielte Übungen, um fit zu werden. Trotz seiner beruflichen Nähe zu reichhaltigen Speisen zeigte Schuhbeck, wie man mit Disziplin etwas nachhaltig ändern kann.
