Menowin Fröhlich
Menowin Fröhlich ist bekannt aus “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” und “Big Brother” und hat seinen Kampf gegen die Kilos öffentlich gemacht und dabei viele inspiriert. Nach seinem Ausstieg aus “Big Brother” engagierte er einen Personal Trainer und startete ein intensives Fitnessprogramm.
Mit täglichen zweistündigen Trainingseinheiten, die er ohne Ausnahmen absolvierte, nahm er 20 Kilogramm ab. Er dokumentierte seine Abnehmreise in den sozialen Medien und teilte nicht nur seine Erfolge, sondern auch die Schwierigkeiten und Herausforderungen mit seinen Fans. Heute wirkt Menowin nicht nur schlanker, sondern auch muskulöser und fitter, was ihm zu einem neuen Lebensgefühl verholfen hat. Hoffentlich wird er mit dieser Disziplin auch andere Lebensbereiche in den Griff bekommen.
