Der Schauspieler Thomas Drechsel ist bekannt aus der Daily-Soap “Gute Zeiten, Schlechte Zeiten“ und hat mit einer beeindruckenden Gewichtsabnahme von 28 Kilogramm seine Gesundheit grundlegend verbessert. Die Motivation kam, als seine Serienfigur einen Herzinfarkt erlitt, ein Szenario, das ihm aufgrund seines Übergewichts auch im realen Leben drohte.
Nach einer dringenden Warnung seiner Ärzte stellte er seine Ernährung komplett um und integrierte regelmäßige Bewegung in seinen Alltag. Mit einem regelmäßigen disziplinierten Training im Fitnessstudio und viel sportlicher Aktivität gelang es ihm, sein Gewicht nachhaltig zu reduzieren und damit nicht nur seinem Aussehen, sondern auch seiner Gesundheit etwas Gutes zu tun.
