Ilka Bessin
Wir haben Ilka Bessin als “Cindy aus Marzahn” kennen und lieben gelernt. Auch wenn sie sich mittlerweile von ihrem Alter-Ego verabschiedet hat, ist sie weiterhin erfolgreich und hat sich sogar ziemlich verändert. Nachdem sie vor einigen Jahren mit dem Abnehmen begann, erreichte sie während ihrer Teilnahme an “Let’s Dance” das erste Etappenziel von zehn Kilogramm. Doch nach einem Rückfall und dem Verlust ihres Vaters startete sie erneut mit noch mehr Entschlossenheit.
Durch regelmäßige Bewegung, wie Fahrradfahren durch Berlin, und die Unterstützung eines Personal Trainers schaffte sie es, insgesamt 26 Kilogramm abzunehmen. Heute ist Bessin nicht nur körperlich fitter, sondern inspiriert mit ihrer Geschichte viele, die ebenfalls eine positive Veränderung anstreben.
