Erich Klann
Der Tänzer und Choreograf Erich Klann wurde durch seine Auftritte bei “Let’s Dance” bekannt, doch er hat auch abseits der Bühne für Aufsehen gesorgt. Mit einer bemerkenswerten Transformation innerhalb von nur 31 Tagen zeigte Klann, wie eine gezielte Ernährungsumstellung große Veränderungen bewirken kann. Er verabschiedete sich von verarbeiteten Zuckern und setzte stattdessen auf eine ausgewogene und nährstoffreiche Diät.
Sein neuer Diät-Speiseplan enthielt viel frisches Obst, Gemüse und Proteine, um seinen Energiebedarf zu decken. Dank dieser Umstellung und regelmäßiger Bewegung, sowohl durch Tanzen als auch durch gezielte Fitnessübungen, präsentierte sich Klann nach kürzester Zeit um einiges fitter und gesünder als je zuvor.
