Was war das Geheimnis dieser Frau? Diese Frage nagte unablässig an Marian, während sie beobachtete, wie ein Mann auf die Frau zutrat. Sein Anzug war ebenso makellos wie der ihrer Begleiterin, und das freundliche Lächeln auf seinem Gesicht deutete darauf hin, dass sich die beiden sehr gut kannten.
