Vom Fast-Food-Wahn zur Fitness-Inspiration: Die unfassbare Reise von Lexi und Danny
Ein motivierender Anfangserfolg
Die Umstellung auf eine gesunde Ernährung und regelmäßigen Sport kann oft Geduld erfordern, bis sichtbare Erfolge eintreten. Doch Lexi verlor schon in den ersten vier Wochen 20 Pfund, was ihr eine ordentliche Portion Motivation gab. Auch als die Erfolge später langsamer kamen, hielt sie eisern an ihrer neuen Routine fest.
Für Lexi entwickelte sich das Fitnessstudio nach und nach zu einem vertrauten Ort, an dem sie gerne trainierte, und ihre gesunde Ernährung wurde zur Gewohnheit. So brauchte sie keine Überwindung mehr – Fitness und gesunde Mahlzeiten waren jetzt einfach Teil ihres Lebens und machten sie jeden Tag ein bisschen zufriedener.
