Alte Gewohnheiten abzulegen, das klingt einfach, aber es ist oft ein ganzes Stück Arbeit. Genau deswegen entschieden sich Lexi und Danny, einige feste Regeln aufzustellen, um ihre Ziele zu erreichen. Um den inneren Schweinehund zu überlisten, schlossen sie zusätzlich Wetten mit Freunden ab.
Der erste Monat war besonders anspruchsvoll: Kein Alkohol, nur selbstgekochte Mahlzeiten, null Süßigkeiten und fünfmal die Woche Sport. Dieser Plan war eine radikale Kehrtwende im Vergleich zu ihrem bisherigen Alltag, aber die beiden waren sich einig – jetzt gab es kein Zurück mehr. Sie waren fest entschlossen und würden für diesen Erfolg wirklich alles geben.
