Auch wenn Lexi durch und durch diszipliniert ist, fällt es ihr nicht immer leicht, die tägliche Motivation aufrechtzuerhalten. Doch sie weiß genau, wie wichtig es ist, durchzuhalten und schlechte Gewohnheiten Schritt für Schritt zu überwinden. Um das zu erreichen, hat Lexi vieles in ihrem Alltag geändert.
Obwohl sie sich nicht als Frühaufsteherin bezeichnet, klingelt ihr Wecker nun jeden Tag um sechs Uhr, sodass sie es schafft, vor der Arbeit noch eine Runde Sport einzulegen. Das morgendliche Training ist für sie inzwischen genauso normal wie der Start in ihren Arbeitstag. So lassen sich große Veränderungen erreichen – durch kleine, aber konsequente Schritte.
