Die Herausforderung eines passendes Fitnessstudio
Wer sich ambitionierte Ziele wie Lexi und Danny setzt, kommt an einem Fitnessstudio nicht vorbei. Doch für Lexi war es nicht so einfach, irgendein Studio zu finden. Wegen ihres hohen Gewichts brauchte sie spezielle Geräte, da die normalen oft nicht stabil genug waren. Zudem belastete das Gewicht ihre Gelenke stark. Für einen Trainer fehlte ihnen das Budget, und ihr Ehrgeiz, es alleine zu schaffen, war ohnehin groß. So blieb ihnen nur, die perfekte Trainingsumgebung selbst zu finden – ein Studio, das ihre besonderen Ansprüche erfüllte. Der Weg war mühsam, aber sie waren entschlossen, ihren Plan voranzutreiben.
