Jorge Ortiz de Pinedo es un comediante oriundo de México, que se ha desempeñado también como director de cine y escritor de guiones. Durante décadas se posicionó como referente del humor latinoamericano, llegando con su talento a países vecinos de México, incluyendo el mercado latino dentro de Estados Unidos. Ahora con más de setenta años, Jorge disfruta del retiro en su estancia a las afueras de Ciudad de México, donde descansa y cultiva plantas exóticas. La decisión de abandonar las luces y las cámaras la tomó por el delicado estado de salud en que se encontraba. Para nosotros es un milagro que este vivo, después de tantos años de fiesta.
