Enttäuschung und klare Worte
Greg erkannte sofort, dass der große Schäferhund bereits einige Kratzer mit seinen scharfen Krallen auf der neuen Poolfolie hinterlassen hatte. Er war fassungslos und enttäuscht. Er hatte den Kindern nur wenige, aber klare Regeln als Bedingung gegeben und das Verbot von Hunden im Wasser war sicherlich die wichtigste gewesen. Verärgert ging er hinaus, wo die Kinder unbeschwert mit dem Hund spielten. Ruhig, aber fest fragte er, wem der Hund gehörte.
Ein kleiner Junge meldete sich zögerlich. Greg erinnerte die Gruppe eindringlich an die Regeln und betonte, wie respektlos es sei, seine Großzügigkeit so missachtet zu haben. Es war seine letzte Warnung: Noch ein Regelbruch, und das Schwimmvergnügen war vorbei.
