George Lucas was born in 1944. The American filmmaker is known across the world for creating the famous Star Wars series. He founded Lucasfilm, LucasArts, and Industrial Light & Magic. However, he sold LucasFilm to Disney in 2012. The famed filmmaker owns the Skywalker ranch where he has setup an office, a farm, and an amazing theater.
The ranch is bigger than you think, covering an area of 4,700 acres, though only a portion is currently used. Built like a fortress, the ranch is predominantly a workplace for Lucas Sound.
