Kourtney Kardashian wowed in a bikini, reminding everyone why she’s the fitness queen of the Kardashian clan. Known for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and as the founder of the wellness brand Poosh, she has always embraced a healthy lifestyle. In June 2024, she revealed that she and her husband, Travis Barker of Blink-182 fame, were merging their households.
To keep her body toned, Kourtney works out five to six times a week, focusing on her core and glutes. She follows an organic, dairy-free, and keto-inspired diet but doesn’t shy away from a cheat meal when the craving hits. She also practices intermittent fasting for balance.
