Best known for her role in “Boogie Nights” and other hit films, she has kept her body in top shape with a balanced approach to health and fitness. She shifted from a sugar-filled diet to a more wholesome, plant-based one, focusing on organic foods to fuel her body.
Heather’s wellness routine is holistic, incorporating meditation, plenty of sleep, and self-care to maintain her mental and physical health. In 2024, Heather wrote, directed, and starred in the comedy-drama film “Chosen Family.” This same year, she revealed that she hadn’t spoken to her parents in almost 30 years.
