Tamra’s disciplined diet avoids processed foods, sugars, and soft drinks. She’s all about veggies, making up 80 percent of her meals, as per a Daily Mail Online report. The co-owner of CUT Fitness launched her CBD skincare line called Vena CBD, further showcasing her passion for wellness.
