Shattering a glass backboard may have happened in the past, but it’s not very common. Of course, that’s because doing it in a game would give the offending player a foul. Then, there’s also the match being delayed because the shattered glass has to be cleaned up.
Nevertheless, it’s still cool for basketball fans to see a player doing a slam dunk with the backboard breaking as a result. So, there’s a big chance they would love this perfectly timed photo with the ball still in the air. Let’s not forget to point out that it appears to have entered the ring then went out again as the photographer took this shot.
