Amidst all of this outrage caused by the public’s belief that the industry was objectifying young girls, denying them the right to be an innocent kid and truly enjoy childhood, Thylane’s mother tried to defend the photoshoot. She admitted that it had her approval because she didn’t think there was anything wrong with it.
Véronika actually claimed that the only thing that shocked her about the photo-shoot was the jewelry Thylane was given to wear. Reportedly, the fact that the necklace her daughter was wearing was worth three million euros, made her a little bit overwhelmed.
