Heidi Cortez and David Spade showed up at the glitzy Casamigos Halloween party in Beverly Hills with a full-on commitment to their costumes: she went vintage as a diner waitress, while he embraced internet lore, dressed as “Pizza Rat” (yes, the New York subway meme star). Heidi first came into the spotlight after being hired by Howard Stern in 2005 to host a bedtime stories segment on his Sirius XM channel.
