Back in the ’70s, Teri Garr was a stunning actress. Her blonde hair and exquisite figure helped her become a face the public loved, so it was no surprise that she became very famous due to her performances. Her roles in The Black Stallion and Close Encounters Of The Third Kind helped push her into the limelight. She continued acting over the next couple of decades but officially retired in the mid-2000s. This might be in part down to the fact she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, along with suffering a brain aneurysm which required therapy to learn how to speak again.
