Shazza naprawdę nazywa się Marlena Magdalena Pańkowska, chociaż woli swój pseudonim, który sama tłumaczy jako „niesforna, kochliwa kochanka ze świątyni Abu Simbel w Egipcie”. Czarne włosy, przybrązowiona solarium skóra, złoto-czarne dodatki zawsze były znakami rozpoznawczymi tej gwiazdy.
