Becoming a young icon of sorts was not very difficult for actor Richard Chamberlain to do with his character of Dr James Kildare from the TV series Dr. Kildare. He also portrayed the titular roles in the movies Casanova and The Bourne Identity, which only made him more popular. As age caught up with Chamberlain, he decided to take up very few movie and TV guest appearance roles. He was last seen in 2017 on the much loved TV series Twin Peaks.
