Jimmy Buffett & Jane Slagsvol – 43 Years
Jimmy Buffett, met Jane in Key West when she was there for her spring break. Well, not everyone is lucky enough to experience love at first sight, but this couple sure did! Buffett’s love for Slagsvol can be witnessed through his famous song ‘Come Monday.’
He had written the lyrics of this melody when he was traveling without Jane. Buffett confessed in it on how much he misses her and waits to make it right when they meet again! Talk about true love! They ended up marrying in 1977 and had three children together- Savannah and Sarah, along with an adopted son, Cameron.
