In July 2015, Ed Sheeran pleasantly surprised his fans by going official with his girlfriend, Cherry Seaborn, on social media. A chance meeting rekindled their affection for each other, and they soon found themselves falling in love. People adored their love story even more because they’ve been friends since they were 11.
After four years of dating, Ed and Cherry got married, and in September 2020, welcomed a little bundle of joy whom they named Lyra Antarctica Seaborn. One day, he may write songs for his daughter just like he wrote ‘Perfect’ and ‘Shape of You,’ inspired by his love of her mother.
