Maggie Smith – Age 84
Every Harry Potter fan will recognize Maggie Smith who portrayed Professor Minerva McGonagall in the film series. The career of this British actress spans over 66 years and still counting because Maggie hasn’t retired yet. She appeared in 50 films and is still going strong. Her contribution to the performing arts saw Queen Elizabeth II make her a Dame in 1990.
She also has several awards and honors for her exemplary work over the years. You may have recently watched her portray the role of Violet Crawley in the series Downton Abbey.
