Jadwiga Barańska ma już niemal 90 lat i wciąż aktywnie występuje w filmach i serialach. Do tej pory wystąpiła w ponad 80, bo jej kariera rozpoczęła się już w 1952 roku. Pierwszym filmem, w którym wzięła udział był “Ogień”. Widzowie kojarzą ją z wielu niezaprzeczalnych klasyków, takich jak “Obiecujący chłopiec”, “Biały kos”, czy też “Pętla”.
Ta aktorka została doceniona przez Polską Akademię Filmową uzyskując nagrodę za całokształt twórczości w 2008 roku. Barańską zobaczyć można obecnie w serialu “The Resort”, pojawi się również w filmie o tytule “Czarne słońce”. Jej oddanie pracy artystycznej pozostają wzorem dla młodszej generacji aktorów.
