Gina Lollobrigida – Age 95
At an age when most people settle down to enjoy their retirement, Gina Lollobrigida announced her plans to run for her country in Italy’s senate elections in 2022. It’s not surprising at all coming from the star who has chartered successful dual careers in cinema and photojournalism during the prime of her life.
Gina came into the limelight in the early ‘50s with her mesmerizing performance in ‘Bread, Love and Dreams’ and became one of the European actresses who shone during the Golden Age of Hollywood. After semi-retiring from acting, she became a photojournalist who won laurels for getting an exclusive interview with the Cuban revolutionary Fidel Castro.
