Es hija de un famoso violinista ruso que la formó desde que era una niña, dejándole una técnica increíble. Su belleza física le abrió las puertas en el mundo de los espectáculos de vedette, tocando el violín y bailando a la vez.
Después de una mala racha se sumió en una depresión profunda de la que pudo salir gracias a la religión evangélica que actualmente profesa. A sus 69 años está retirada de la industria.
