De term Tjakka laat zich het beste omschrijven als een positieve strijdkreet die volgens Ratelband is geïnspireerd door de serie Shaka Zoeloe. Hij is erg bekend in Nederland, heeft het even in de politiek geprobeerd, schrijft en is nog steeds succesvol ondernemer.
Als de uitzondering in deze lijst heeft Ratelband gekozen voor een huurwoning. Maar geen schamele huurwoning. Zijn luxe woonboerderij in de Achterhoek kost namelijk ruim 1350 euro per maand. Maar dat kan Emile wel betalen met zijn geschatte vermogen van 3 miljoen euro.
