Demi Lovato is een actrice, zangeres, songwriter en voormalig kindster. Ze werd bekend met haar rol in de Disney Channel films Camp Rock 1 & 2, en daarvoor heeft ze ook in Barney & Friends gespeeld. Dit allemaal voor dat ze de twintig had bereikt! Ook nam Demi liedjes op voor de films en TV series waarin ze speelde, en uiteindelijk bracht ze in 2008 een album uit genaamd Don’t Forget.Sindsdien heeft ze nog vijf albums uitgebracht, haar succes op het grote scherm voortgezet en zelfs een aantal stemmen ingesproken.
Recentelijk zat Demi in Charming in 2018. Het luxueuze huis op de foto is sinds 2017 van Demi en staat beschikbaar voor huren. De huur is $39,5K per maand en het huis zelf kopen is $8,995 miljoen.
