Sie verzauberte Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit ihrer Darstellung als erste Offizierin in Star Trek: Enterprise und da wollte man einfach mehr haben. Die amerikanische Schauspielerin hat aber nicht nur ein Talent für das Schauspiel, sondern agierte auch als Model, auch wenn es ihr nicht immer so leicht fiel.
Als Kind war sie eher zurückhaltend und verbrachte die meiste Zeit alleine in Kalifornien. Auch wenn sie jetzt mittlerweile in ihre 40er geht, scheint ihr das Leben kein Stein vor die Füße zu setzen, denn sie sieht immer noch wunderbar aus und strahlt einfach natürliche Schönheit aus.
