La actriz siempre había sido una comedora y le encantaba darse el gusto con todo tipo de alimentos que engordan, y no le afectó mucho hasta que cruzó los 50.
En ese momento, Alley se dio cuenta de que ya era hora de que hiciera un cambio en su estilo de vida y cambiara a una alimentación saludable y a hacer ejercicio regularmente para volver a estar en forma. ¿Qué la ayudó a mantener su cuerpo más delgado? Bueno, ella lleva la cuenta de sus calorías ¡y eso funciona aparentemente!
