Nadat ze was gescheiden van Tom Cruise ontmoette ze de zanger Keith Urban. Zij hebben samen twee dochters, en ze hebben nog een dochter die Nicole had gekregen met Tom Cruise. Ze is te zien in de film Aquaman uit 2018.
