Für rund 20.000 Euro gönnte sie sich Eingriffe, die ihre Brüste und Lippen neu definieren sollten. Das Ergebnis? Sie fühlt sich nun selbstbewusster und greift weniger häufig zum Make-up-Pinsel. Ihr Look hat sich verändert, aber Kim strahlt Zufriedenheit aus und zeigt sich gerne vor den Kameras. Ihr Stil bleibt mutig und auffällig, und sie macht keinen Hehl daraus, dass Schönheit für sie auch bedeutet, in sich selbst zu investieren.
