Horse Tail, Ribbon, and Confusion
So, about that horse… It’s not quite what it looks like. What you’re actually seeing is an equestrian tradition of tying a horse’s tail with a ribbon, which is meant to be an adorable touch for certain events. Of course, this isn’t the kind of decoration you’d expect to pop up in a holiday gift exchange.
Turns out, the color of the ribbon means different things. A red one means the horse is likely to kick, while green signals the horse might be a little unpredictable or inexperienced. And if you see a white ribbon, well, that means the horse is for sale.
