Red Carpet Roulette: Which Celebs Slayed and Which Ones Failed?
Rihanna Steals the Show at the 2017 Met Gala
At the 2017 Met Gala, Rihanna turned heads and set cameras flashing with her stunning ensemble. She wore an elaborate, petal-covered creation that perfectly embodied the evening’s theme, “Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garçons: Art of the In-Between.” This audacious outfit was a true work of art designed by Rei Kawakubo herself, the founder of the avant-garde fashion house Comme des Garçons.
Her choice was not merely a fashion statement but a tribute to the honoree of the night, celebrating Kawakubo’s influence and groundbreaking contributions to the fashion industry. Known for her fearless fashion choices, Rihanna once again proved why she’s a staple on the Met Gala red carpet.
