A lo largo de los años, hemos visto al famoso actor y uno de los nombres más notables de la industria, Russell Crow, ganar y perder peso por el bien de las películas que protagonizaba. Si recuerdan, Crow protagonizó junto a Ryan Gosling la película Nice Guys.
Crow tuvo que engordar mucho para el papel, así que básicamente comió todo lo que quiso. Mucha gente se preguntó después cómo perdería esos kilos. Bueno, el actor encontró un nuevo programa de ejercicios (empezó a montar en bicicleta y a jugar al baloncesto con su hijo). Más tarde perdió alrededor de ¡52 libras!
