Il gioielliere tremava. “Quell’oggetto non dovrebbe esistere. Per il mondo è stato fuso: guardi questa documentazione: una volta che sua madre lo diede fu iscritta la procedura di fusione…ma sembrerebbe mai stata realizzata.”
“Non è stato fuso,” mormorò il gioielliere, “è stato messo in circolazione… e aspettava te.”
Dal registro spuntò un foglio malamente piegato, rivelando un appunto: “Per L., quando sarà pronta”
